I am your boss and that is true!
You are a boastful chap, you ignorant fool!
You answer to me, I want you to shut up
Work silently in the background and don't muck up
Without them we will simply die,
They fuel us and keep us alive.
All they really want is to be told,
That they are kings, or even gods to behold.
It is simple it is beautiful it is even great,
We feed on them and then we relate.
Whatever they have done and all they have,
To what they should say and how they should act
They love to compare and step on toes.
The conversation always turns to whose got more.
For them it's a race to win at all cost.
Whoever gets in their way is all but lost?
The only danger we have to face,
Is if they ignore us and act with grace.
Then they will be different than most
They will see think and observe a whole lot more
They will be careful with where they tread,
What they say and who they affect.
That will be curtains for you and me,
They will all turn to spirituality
